Religion has inspired many of the greatest achievements in the history of architecture. From large cathedrals to tiny chapels and quiet retreats, liturgical building reflects both our humanity and our higher aspirations. Successful liturgical design requires collaboration and communication. Over the years, we have been privileged to work with a variety of religious communities to help address layers of meaning within a single structure. Attention is given to the countless details of acoustics, lighting and ceremony that comprise a space of worship or meditation.
