The Pointe – Washington Street Warehouse
The Washington Street office renovation is the adaptive reuse of a historic industrial warehouse into multi-tenant office space. The office design allows for a variety of office sizes and a contemporary office environment with high ceilings, exposed structure and MEP systems. The renovation conforms to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, rehabilitation standards.
