Stonecrest Condominiums

The Stonecrest Condominium Home development is a two-phased project consisting of 56 units in 11 buildings. The location for this development was an infill site, which had always remained vacant due to extreme topographical slopes of 25 degrees. In addition, the site was narrow and long. The site was regraded to save all of the boundary trees. A sense of privacy and individuality was achieved by using a staggered plan so individual patios and entry stairs were further visually isolated.

AIA Jury Comments: “An intelligent and economical use of land with creative siting and a comfortable, vernacular style of residential architecture.”
