Brendon’s Catch 23
This 8,500 SF restaurant was designed as part of the Le Centre on Fourth mixed-use development. Interior programming was held to the perimeter of the restaurant to avoid interruption of the historic plaster ceiling, which was restored. In order to further maximize the open space preserved in the center for the main dining room, maintenance platforms for mechanical equipment are located above the perimeter rooms to service the restaurant. Historic elements have remained and are integrated into the design of the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant has a variety of privacy levels included in the dining functions, ranging from the open bar to private dining rooms along the perimeter of the space. Potter & Associates Architects coordinated with a variety of kitchen design consultants and interior designer.
