DENIOS US, Inc. designs and manufactures a complete range of chemical storage, handling, and containment products. Potter & Associates Architects reviewed options for expansion and renovation of their current office space. The final design is a renovation to the current office while allowing for expansion and better working relationships between departments and personnel. The office space is 6,700 sq ft on 2 floors adjacent to the manufacturing plant. The office renovation includes a training room, new breakroom, open plan layout, and new furnishings. Potter & Associates Architects provided complete architectural and interior design services, including bidding of office furniture. We recently assisted Denios with upgrades to the exterior of the manufacturing plant, including new overhead doors and metal siding replacement with translucent panels which allow daylight into the manufacturing facility.
