Humana Clock Tower Building
This renovation focused on exterior improvements to the structure. The masonry was cleaned and tuckpointed. The limestone sills and base, concrete sills and terra-cotta lintels were repaired. Miscellaneous security bars and modern glass block were removed and several bricked up windows were reopened. New aluminum windows and storefront were installed with details consistent with the existing profiles and mullions of the original wood windows. New roofs were installed and the structure was stabilized. A new parapet was added to the north elevation to establish a continuous cornice line.
