JO Blanton House

JO Blanton House is a 20-story senior living community in downtown Louisville. Potter & Associates Architects provided architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering for the renovation of the senior living community. The renovation includes a new elevator addition, MEP upgrades and new finishes in the common areas and residential units. It is currently under construction and will be complete in late 2019. We utilized drone photography to observe the existing condition of the exterior masonry on each story of the building.
