Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park – Guest Cottages
These 11 new guest cottages were designed to replace some of the older existing cabins, which had been demolished. The new 1,000 SF cottages were designed with generous exterior living areas including entry porches and side decks with a rear screened porch. The cottage foundation was designed to be flexible in an effort to accommodate the natural grades of the site.
