This five-story multi-family development has 50 condominium units in two building. Mockingbird Terrace was designed to blend with an existing neighborhood using comfortable residential detailing and offsets to create a human scale. Careful siting on a difficult hillside site with a 2/1 cross slope retained 75% of the open space and natural features.
