Woodlawn Office Buildings I and II
Potter and Associates Architects developed a master plan for the site that includes two office buildings. Construction on both buildings was completed in the Spring of 2017. The versatile layout of the interior allows for multi-tenant configuration on each floor. Common areas for all tenants include a conference room, break room and exercise facility in the lower level. Since the site is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood, there was a desire to give the building a residential character. This was achieved by using the warm red brick and cream colored cast stone as well as the use of a pitched roof with a seven-foot deep overhang.
