An established Louisville entity with roots dating back to 1812, the new office for Wyatt blends a modern, transitional appearance with warm wood tones and other traditional elements. Located on the 20th floor of one of downtown’s tallest office buildings, this space features a unique elevator lobby lighting detail, greeting visitors to this floor and setting the space apart from other building tenants. A reception area and adjacent conference center in the main entry can accommodate large gatherings as well as smaller meetings.
Potter Architects provided architectural and interior design services. The design team used renderings and presentations to help stakeholders visualize the end goal early and often throughout the project. This approach facilitated an open line of communication with Wyatt’s majority and equity partners, keeping the project on schedule and building excitement among staff for the new space.
